Well guys the MLB season is over and the Braves are your World Series champions. A team that was sub.500 at the all star break and a team with less wins than some AL teams that missed the playoffs, these Braves are surely once in a lifetime special. They lost Acuña was an ACL tear early in the season and Ozuna when he committed acts of domestic violence. They also lost their starting pitcher with a torn Achilles, but they were able to reshape their team at the trade deadline. Acquiring Soler, Duval, and Stephen Vogt at the deadline set the team up for great success and lead them to a historic second half. The real issues start now however with the Collective Bargaining Agreement expiring on December the 1st and if a new deal isn’t agreed upon by then the players will go on strike just like back in ’94. The players have every right to strike and earn more money through this CBA but some fans think otherwise.
