Matt Rhule is apparently not “all in” on the NFL’s direction. The Panthers head coach has 3 more years on his contract but is shopping the idea of USC’s coaching spot. Personally, I think if you have doubts at a position of power you should leave as soon as possible. A guy like Mike Tomlinson a guy you want as your head coach, he said when asked if he was interested in the USC job “I am the head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers”. That’s the kind of guy you want. Matt Rhule has already ruined the Panthers rebuild by signing Teddy Bridgewater and trying to win last year. David Tepper (Panthers Owner) should fire Rhule on the spot when he said that, but he will likely play out the rest of the year and leave in the offseason pushing this “3 year rebuild” back to the beginning.
