Denver will be looking for their third head coach since winning the superbowl back in 2015. Vic Fangio was clearly in way over his head and made plenty of bad decisions along the way, who he brought in at QB being most of them. However, I do believe the Denver job is one of the best available and here are 5 guys I think could fill that role.
5. Dan Quinn, he led the Falcons to a Super Bowl in 2016 and has led the Dallas defense to one of the best seasons they have had. He also helped in the development of Micah Parsons, a rookie who is in the running for defensive player of the year. Quinn would fit nicely as a defensive guy here in Denver.
4. Brian Flores, it is a surprise he is available, but the risks are there with reports of him being a bad presence in the locker room. If those are risks you can accept he would be a great hire. He is a defensive minded guy who can bring the best out of guys like Chubb and Simmons.
3. Doug Pederson, an offensive guy who will help this offense become less predictable and could draw a big name QB to Denver. He led the Eagles to a superbowl in 2017 so his resume makes him worth it.
2. Greg Roman, a revolutionary on the offensive side of the ball helping the Ravens become one of the best teams in the league when healthy. Roman helped Lamar Jackson win the MVP award just two seasons ago and could bring that gameplan here to Denver and help lift them to a playoff team.
1. Nathaniel Hackett, he brings more to the table than gameplans, he brings the possibility of Aaron Rodgers coming to Denver.
