To start, the 49ers have said that they will not trade Deebo for anything, but let's take a look at his production and the reason Deebo has demanded a trade in the first place. As a receiver he has 77 receptions which has him tied for 24th in the league and 1,405 receiving yards which places him 4th in the league. Value wise that's tremendous and makes him the most productive receiver in football, but his real value is what he does in the total offense. Last season Deebo had 59 rush attempts for 365 yards and 8 touchdowns. That may not sound productive, but his 8 touchdowns has him tied with Nick Chubb and Melvin Gordon in 10th place. Now let's look at some realistic trade packages for Deebo Samuel:
New York Jets: 10th overall pick, 35th overall pick, 2023 1st/2nd rounder for Deebo Samuel and a 6th round pick. The Jets have been in on every wide out to become available and head coach Robert Salah was on San Francisco's staff in 2020.
Green Bay Packers: 22nd overall pick, 28th overall pick, 2023 2nd round pick, and a 6th round pick swap for Deebo Samuel. The Packers don't have quite the capital that New York has but it's still an offer San Francisco must listen to.
Kansas City Chiefs: 29th and 30th overall picks, 2023 first round pick, and either Clyde Edwards-Helaire or Mecole Hardman for Deebo Samuel and a 7th round pick. Players are unlikely to be traded on draft night but the only way Kansas City's offer is competitive they must offer something more than draft picks.
Atlanta Falcons: 8th overall pick, 43rd overall pick, 2023 first round pick, and a 2023 second round pick for Deebo Samuel and a 6th round pick. Atlanta is desperate for a wide out and for offense in general, Deebo would solve that problem instantly and would pair greatly with Kyle Pitts. The only obstacle I see is Calvin Ridley but he could very well be included in this trade package.
