This offseason has been full of ups and downs in Pittsburgh. TJ Watt does not have a new contract in the works and is playing on a fifth-year team option, Big Ben has a question mark looming above him since his retirement comments two years ago and they lost Bud Dupree to the Titans who decided they would still spend top tier money on a guy coming off an injury. To go on they lost 4 of their five starters from the O-line this summer, although some pieces they added were upgrades. The Big loss was Bud Dupree whose absence showed after he tore his ACL last season and the team went on to lost five of the last six games, with the final loss being against their division rival, the Cleveland browns. Today, that changes with the addition of Melvin Ingram, a uber-talented edge rusher whose stats were hindered by the presence of Joey Bosa on the opposite side of him in LA. It will turn out the same way in Pittsburgh with TJ Watt running up his numbers because of the pure talent the guy has but should complement Watt and Heyward tremendously. With the Steelers reporting to camp this week it was particularly important to get a guy like this on their roster, a guy who won't shift the AFC North to much but could add one or two more wins to this talented Steeler team.
