Put Some Respect on Lonzo's name

Everyone loves to talk trash about Lonzo whether it be because of his father or his clunky looking shot or that his brother, Lamelo, is having instant success in the league. Whatever your reasoning is it's time to stop. Lonzo is straight up balling this year for New Orleans and the league is noticing by exploring trades routes for him. He might not be the face of the franchise but he sure is the backbone while averaging 15 points and 5 assists per game and shooting 39 percent from three. He makes Zion better and pulls the double team away from Brandon Ingram. His defense has been underrated this season since he isn't putting up spectacular numbers but his defensive shooting percentage is in the 95th percentile of the league.

As I mentioned above his name has been floating around in trade rumors for that last month and rightfully so. The Clippers are the latest team to kick the tires on a Lonzo trade but no deal has been finalized. Other teams to watch out for are the Hornets, Knicks, and Bulls who are all teams in need of a ''3 and D'' point guard.
