No I'm not talking about Paul George, although he put up an abysmal shooting performance in game 1 of his own series. This story however is about Kristaps Porzingis, the after thought in Dallas behind Luka Doncic. The 7-foot 3 forward was just that this postseason averaging less rebounds than 5-foot 10 guard Facundo Campazzo. He didn’t particularly pose a threat as a scorer either averaging just 13 points per game and averaged less then 3 free throw attempts per game. All around he played bad and interest around the league shows that since it seems nobody seems to want him. He is the least physical 7-footer in the league probably ever and that hurts his stock, especially since he is a European. Europeans tend to be much tougher and his lack of led to his departure from the Knicks, and they are better for it. If the Mavericks want to contend in the near future with Luka being the primary piece, they need to move on from Kristaps sooner rather than later. I expect him to go to the East and Washington to be the team to make a move for him.
