Lebron's Acting Career

Everyone by now knows that Space Jam 2 is coming out this summer and is gaining a lot of attention from basketball fans. But that isn't what I'm talking about in this article. On Wednesday night the Lakers and Warriors faced of in the 7/8 play-in game, which felt like an NBA finals game 7. The Warriors led most of the night, but no Warriors lead is safe from Lebron. However, with two minutes in the game Draymond Green poked Lebron in the eye in what appeared to be a flagrant foul. Luckily for the Warriors it was reviewed and confirmed a common foul, but while the review took place Lebron decided to milk the whole situation. To his credit remained in the game and with 57 seconds left in the game, tied at 100 and the shot clock running out he put up a desperation shot at the shot clock buzzer to put the Lakers up by three and get a "side eye glare" from his opponent Steph Curry. That three ultimately became the game winner as neither team scored after that point marking Lebron's 97th go ahead field goal within the final minute of games. After the game Lebron said he was 'seeing three rims' and 'shot for the middle' but we all know he was playing it up. Now before people misinterpret what I'm saying let me explain, it was a hard foul, he did get poked in the eye and that hurts, but you don't see in threes. You see threes when you're drunk or under the influence of something else but not after getting poked in the eye. It was the best game I saw all year and see it as a success and something that could be around the stay, the play-in tournament that is.
